Tinted: Nature Republic Stain Girl's Tint

I have blogged about Tony Tints and Dear Darling Tints. Now, I am going to blog another pair of tints from another Korean brand, Nature Republic.

Yes, I have two different shades again. And I don't know why I didn't bother to buy the other one. Well, let's just start shall we?

Different shades have different designs on their packaging which I thought was so cute.

Overview:
  • It comes in a short wand with a doe foot applicator.
  • The packaging is a tiny plastic bottle.
  • The consistency is very liquidy.
  • It's really easy to blend but pat to blend, don't do circular motion. Because if you use circular motion to blend it out, you might end up rubbing it off of your face because it's really liquidy.
  • It doesn't stay on for a long time.
  • In my experience of using them, they didn't actually stained my cheeks.
  • This has a very strong cherry scent which sometimes reminds me of a cherry flavored medicine I used to drink when I was still a kid.
Stain Girl's Tint 02

This is in 02. It's a very sheer pink toned tint which unfortunately doesn't show up as much. The color is very faint which some other people might like.

Stain Girl's Tint 01
The shade in 01 is a peachy pink toned tint which is actually the first one I got out of these two. I actually prefer this one over the other because it looks more flattering on me.

See how sheer it is?
Will I repurchase? I don't think so. Not because I'm not in the Philippines right now but because I don't find this worth repurchasing. I would rather go for Etude House's tints or Tony Moly's.

That will be all. Thank you for reading. Bye!

What you'll need: 'No Makeup' Makeup Look

I'm a fan of the 'No Makeup' makeup look and I prefer to wear this everyday. It's very light, unnoticeable yet you will still look polished and made up. Since I'm a fan of this look very much, I'm going to share to you the things that I use to achieve that look. By the way, this is not a tutorial. This is just merely sharing the things that I use and I really hope you'll find this helpful.

Let's begin.

BB creams (Skin Food, Etude House and Tony Moly)

  • Base
    • I use BB cream for my face. It has the benefits of a moisturizer, but some BB cream provides the coverage of a light foundation. And sometimes, they also have an SPF that ranges from 30-45 depending on what the BB cream is. I'm not telling you guys that you should use BB cream because there are other choices like light coverage foundation if you feel like you need that extra coverage but you don't want it to look heavy; And there's regular or tinted moisturizer if you want to go all natural and if you feel like your skin is in total good condition. I just prefer BB creams simply because it moisturizes, it provide a faint coverage and it has SPF.
Moisturizers (Physician's Formula tinted moisturizer and Celeteque)

In2it Eyebrow Powder

  • Brows
    •  For my brows, I use brow powder simply because I have thick brows and all I need to do is to define them. But if you have thin brows, you might want to use pencil for a precise definition. And for me, it looks more natural if I use powder on my brows.
Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner in Cosmic Brown

  • Eyes
    • After I define my brows, I define my eyes using a brown eyeliner by tight lining. Tight lining basically is lining the lash line and inner rims of the eyes. I choose brown because black can be a bit too harsh and I want a subtle definition too.
Fanny Serrano Eyelash curler
  •  Eyes
    • And then I will use an eyelash curler to open up my eyes.
Maybelline Full 'N Soft mascara
  •  Eyes
    • After curling my lashes, I will be defining them using a mascara. Maybelline's Full 'N Soft mascara is perfect to be used in this look because you won't get that brittle effect that most mascara may give you. This particular mascara gives a natural and full look. Hence the name, Full 'N Soft.
Lip and Cheek tints. (Tony Moly, Nature Republic and Etude House)
  •  Cheeks
    • For the cheeks, I use tints because it looks more natural and it looks like your blush came from with in, but sometimes I also use powder blushes I just pick a shade that leans on the peach side.
Sleek and Nichido powder blush
Lip balms (Etude House and Tony Moly)
  •  Lips
    • Lastly, I just put on tinted lip balms or sometimes the regular lip balms to moisturize my lips. But I have to say, I wear tinted lip balms more often than regular ones because I want that slight hint of color onto my lips.
So, that's all that I need to have to achieve the popular 'No Makeup' Makeup Look that has been so popular now a days.  If you are wondering why I didn't include any concealer it's because I don't want to conceal my uber dark circles. I just want to enhance my skin and let my skin peek through. (naks!)

Well, that will be all and I hope you had fun reading this post and I also hope you found it helpful.

Thanks for reading. Bye!

Holy Collective Haul! on Nature Republic Part 3

So this is going to be my third (3rd) collective haul on Nature Republic. This is so random and I really can't remember which one of these were included in my purchase where I was qualified to have an Essence Beauty Card. But, who cares?! I have the card and these awesome items and that's all that matters. So let's start hauling.

This is By Flower BB cream and it also has an SPF 25 PA++. It has a thick consistency and a little amount is enough for the entire face. Though it's consistency is thick, it still blends easily and it has this nice flower scent almost the same with the mist which is in the By Flower line as well. This has 2 shades only and I got mine in #2.

You may not see the name of the product but it actually say 'Nature Republic Mango BeBe Lip Scrub'. So this product is a trial and error for me because I didn't know that Nature Republic has a lip scrub. I don't have any idea whether it works great or what. I was planning to get the Tony Moly one but I'm glad I didn't! This one is awesome! It does work fantastic with exfoliating my dry chapped lips and gives me this soft lips that I really love! If you are concern if this might hurt you, don't worry it wouldn't. It's gentle, but gentle enough to scrub away dryness of your lips. You can actually see the exfoliated thingy so you can really see that it's working.

So Big Curling mascara. An OK mascara, I use this every day if I want just a clean look. I still like it though.

Ok, this powder smells like bubble gum, it's really finely milled, it's velvety and silky, it has 25 g net wt. content- But it's only good for touch up. Unlike my NYC Loos Powder, this can't control my oil so I use this as body powder coz it smells sooo good!

My first baby doll pink lipstick ever! It's smooth and creamy, glides on very well, pigmentation is great, staying power well not so much. It's really cute because it's tiny. It has this sweet candy scent. I think all of Nature Republic's product has that 'feel-good-scent' which I think is really great.
Now, I think there will be a part 4 because  my connection is going nuts. So long! :)

Holy Collective Haul on Nature Republic part 2

Yey! This is the part two of my collective haul on Nature Republic. So let's start shall we? =)

Sorry, I was not able to take pictures of them individually. Only some of them.
So this is the By Flower Oil Control Mist. I got this one first before my Dr. Oil Anti Shine mist from Etude House. This works as good as Dr. Oil in my opinion. And it smells nice.
Ok I know I'm showing just the tube and not the entire product but this is the BB cream that I got for free cause I reached P500++. It's called Collagen Age Stick BB cream which has SPF 25 PA++. This one is a pretty decent BB cream, it has a nice coverage, lasting power is good, blends easily and surprisingly, it matched my skin tone. It has this light powder scent that I like.
Sadly, I don't have individual pictures of the nail polish remover and the three(3) other nail polish that I got there. But I'll talk about them anyway.

The nail polish remover was called Fruits Waltz nail remover and it's scented, I got the one with an orange scent. Though it's scented you can still smell the scent of acetone. What makes it different from other nail polish remover are: It doesn't leave a white streak on to your nail and The colors that were removed stays only in the cotton ball and doesn't go any else where. But other than that you need a couple of cotton balls to remove your nail polishes on both hands. I'm just waiting for it to be finished so that I can buy a new one maybe from Etude House or from Tony Moly.

Lastly are the nail polishes which unfortunately I don't have any pictures to show you guys. But anyway, I got their Basecoat, a Beige color which was BE103, and another Beige color just in different finish which was PP404, it has a metallic finish. All three cost me P195 but if you are to buy them individually they are P65/bottle so it's kinda cheap :)

There's part 3 so uhm, for now, Bye!

Holy, Collective Haul on Nature Republic

Kamusta kayo diyan! I realized that my post has been focused on Etude House, so now I'm going to do a Nature Republic one for a slight change. I was really planning to do a review by product but I realized that what I'm reviewing is a popular product already and there are some Korean line which has just started here in the Philippines that needs attention too. So now, I'm hauling on Nature Republic :)

When I first saw Nature Reublic, it was a day after my Mom's birthday and I was excited cause I thought this time, it's a Japanese line (I know, I suck :P) but I was wrong. It's another Korean line and I thought to my self, "Hmp! Korean again?" Then I did take a look and the first thing that caught my eye was the polishes.I couldn't help not to buy there honestly. The nail polishes' colors were so unique and their make up line as well. Here are some of the products I got from there:

I got this foam cleanser for free cause I reached P300++

What can I say about this make up remover wipes? I don't like it. If you can find a better make up remover wipes then get that instead of this. It dried up so fast and I don't think it can remove water proof make up specially the eye make up like water proof mascara.

This is an auto pen liner called the Pretty Tree auto liner and I got mine in #6 it's a white shimmery eye liner. I used it to high light my brow bone I chose this mainly because I don't want to regret buying another black or brown eye liner that smudges and gives me a panda eyes. At least this one is white so, if it smudges or melts, it won't be that obvious :)

The nail polishes that caught my eye! The red one is RD501, the Blue one is BL502, and the Green one is in GR601. The color pays off really nice except for the GR601 because unlike the two other shades, the latter has to be done in two coats in order for the colors to show up as the same in the bottle. My favorite in the bunch is BL502 cause one coat is enough and you get the same color in the bottle already :)

So because I purchased their products they were generous enough to give me some free sample well just like what they do to their other customers. Haha!

They gave me samples of their The Bamboo of Damyang toner and moisture fluid, UV Ultra Milk Sun (I forgot how much SPF it has) and a sample of Super Origin Collagen BB cream which has SPF 25 PA++. I've tried these samples and I like them. The toner was refreshing, the moisturizer was of course moisturizing the sunblock was not sticky and it kinda blends out easily but what I love the most among these free samples was the BB cream. It was by far the best BB cream I've tried. You really need just a little to cover your entire face and you're good to go plus it lasted me all day :)

So, that's the first Nature Republic Haul for you guys. Oh, BTW I got these items November of last year. :) Paalam!
